VERIFICATION

Harricomms Limited takes privacy and security extremely seriously. This industry receives constant attention from those trying to order products with other people's credit cards without their permission, so as a result all orders must proceed through a stringent verification process before shipment.


This will include checks with your credit card company or payment service provider to confirm that the information you provided us with when you ordered is correct and checks to confirm that you are who you say you are. We may request further proof of address and/or proof of identity from you.


Your order will not be processed until the verification process is complete to our satisfaction, however we will ensure that you are kept up to date throughout and please feel free to contact us at any time regarding your order progress. Harricomms Limited reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

Your order through our site in legal terms is considered an ‘offer to treat’ and it is not accepted by us and converted into a contract between us until the item has shipped.


PAYMENT

All payments through this website are taken in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Other currencies are shown for reference purposes only and payments made in these currencies do not include any international conversion fees that may be applied by your bank.


Please note that your bank may also charge a different exchange rate to that displayed on the site. Other currencies, if we show them are shown for reference purposes only and payments made in these currencies do not include any international conversion or transaction fees that may be applied by your bank, your card issuer or by the credit card processor you select at the checkout. Payment will be processed by your preferred payment method, selected at check out.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please email a copy of your bank's transfer confirmation along with your order reference number to sales@runbodirect.co.uk for swift processing.


We use PayPal and Stripe to process credit card transactions, these large international credit card processors are safe and reliable intermediaries between us so you know that the transaction will be safe and efficiently handled. We do not store your credit card details, in fact we never even see them.


DELIVERY

Once we have verified this information your order will be forwarded to our warehouse for fulfilment. When your package has shipped you will be emailed a link for order tracking, and estimated time of arrival.


Once the item is within the Royal Mail or courier network you will need to contact the couriers for inquiries about delivery – just e-mail us at sales@runbodirect.co.uk if you are unsure how to do so. Some accessories may be sent by untracked post. We reserve the right to part-ship orders where one or more items are not listed as in stock on the website at a later time, using a shipping method appropriate to the item. For example we may send your phone by tracked courier service with the car charger following on a few days later by Royal Mail First Class.


CHANGE OF MIND

If you have a change of mind or need to make amendments to your order please do so as soon as possible. We are unable to alter a delivery once it has shipped from the warehouse and changes or cancellations after this may attract a restocking fee.


RESTOCKING FEES

If you decide to cancel or amend your order once the item has shipped, restocking fees may become applicable. Shipping fees and the cost of other services that can not be re-sold by us are non-refundable.

When we charge a restocking fee it is based on the unrecoverable costs that we have incurred because of your actions, we do not try to make money from restocking fees. These fees cover charges such as courier return and collection fees, and devaluation in the product ordered as a result of your time using the product or the time taken to return it to us, if you are unsure what the restocking fee will be in any case email sales@runbodirect.co.uk or call us on +44 161 883 2773


DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

Harricomms Limited may offer various promotional discounts, vouchers, codes, or coupons, from time to time. These are not valid when used with any other offer or discount from Harricomms Limited. We reserve the right to make valid, remove, disable or cancel any offers in any form at any time, and at our sole discretion.


MANUALS/SOFTWARE

Harricomms Limited strive to source handsets with English manuals and PC software. In the unlikely event that you receive a handset without the English manuals and software just call our Team, and we will do our best to obtain digital versions for you.


MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

All of our stock comes with a full 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If a fault develops within the first 14 days please advise us right away so that we can replace your unit.

After 14 days the manufacturers warranty applies, and luckily for you we are also the provider of the manufacturers warranty for all items sold on runbodirect.co.uk. To start to make a warranty claim simply send details of the fault and your original order number to sales@runbodirect.co.uk, we will get back to you within 4 working hours with instructions on what to do. 

We may ask you to try to reset the device, to try new software or to apply other remote fixes before returning the unit because this is often better and more cost effective for us and for you. If this does not work we will ask you to return the unit to us or our authorised repairer by Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery at your cost, warranty repairs and the cost of returning the unit to you will be covered under warranty.

The Warranty on all items purchased from this site applies to the original purchaser of the goods only, it cannot be transferred and resale of the product by the purchaser automatically voids all warranty from Harricomms Limited on that item. Refunding of orders is not available after 30 days of receipt of your order; the unit will be covered under warranty and individual manufacturer warranty terms will apply.

BROKEN SCREENS AND OTHER WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

Runbo phones are tough, but they are not indestructible, you have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the device and the warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping, hitting, throwing or crushing the device.

Please note that broken screens on any of the mobile devices that we sell are not covered under warranty and will be classed as a chargeable repair. Some units are supplied with a voucher to cover all or part of the cost of a screen repair if required, these should be kept in a safe place as the actual, physical voucher will be required if you need to use it, otherwise a charge will be applied.

Most Runbo devices are waterproof and dustproof if the ports, covers and hatches are properly closed and secured. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water ingress through ports that have been left open, or where the seals, covers or cases have been damaged. You should check the seals and catches or screws on your unit before using it in a dusty or wet environment and while Runbo phones can be fully submerged and survive the experience we do not recommend using them in this way as the warranty does not cover damage caused by submersion.

Batteries are considered a consumable item and are not covered under warranty.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS

We want you to enjoy owning and using a Runbo phone, if your phone is damaged or fails outside of warranty we offer a chargeable repairs service at reasonable rates, e-mail sales@runbodirect.co.uk if you would like a quote for a repair. We also offer spare parts for runbo phones on request.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SPECIFICATIONS

Harricomms Limited works hard to ensure that information regarding handset specifications, performance, and accessories is accurate, however we are human and can make mistakes, as a result Errors and Omissions must be excepted. International items may come with an adapter for the original power supply rather than a local power supply, however are still fully complaint with local requirements.

TESTING

Runbo phones sold by us are tested at the factory before dispatch and before they are sent out from our warehouse to ensure the quality of the phones meets our strict guidelines and to reduce the incidence of DOA. This means that the phone is taken from it’s box, the battery installed and the handset is turned on. Our technician may then test various phone functions to ensure that all is in working order. After testing the device is wiped, cleaned and re-boxed with the correct charger for your region.

VAT AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Retail customers from the European Union must pay the VAT inclusive price listed. Customers outside the European Union pay the VAT exclusive price. We ask customers ordering from outside the EU to consult their own country's customs legislation before ordering. Some territories may incur import duties and restrictions, and Harricomms Limited will not be held liable for import fees or refund.

Goods refused under restrictions and returned to the warehouse unopened may be eligible for refund, minus shipping fees, Customs fees, and return fees. Take note that Harricomms Limited is not able to offer guidance in this area; please contact your local Customs authority for more information.


VAT FOR REGISTERED BUSINESS USERS OUTSIDE THE UK BUT WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

VAT registered businesses in countries outside the UK, but inside the European Union may buy goods from us without UK VAT being charged, to do so you must supply us with a valid VAT certificate issued by your government. We carefully check overseas VAT registrations before making VAT free shippments.

LATE PAYMENT
All invoices which are not paid in full by the due date will attract a late payment fee equal to 5% of the total invoice value, and interest at a rate of 2% per month until paid in full.


UK REVERSE VAT ON PHONE ORDERS OVER £5,000

WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)

In compliance with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006 Harricomms Limited is happy to take back any used item from any customer who buys a replacement item from us on an Old for New basis, to take advantage of this service simply send your used item along with a copy of the Invoice for your new item to Harricomms Limited, WEEE Takeback, 33 Arlington Crescent, Wilmslow, SK9 6BH.

WASTE BATTERIES AND ACCUMULATORS REGULATIONS 2009

Harricomms Limited supplies less than 32kg of portable batteries per year so we are a Small Distributor under the terms of the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009.to process most of our credit card transactionsXwe may ask you to trial software re-flashes, use new batteries, or update your SIM card before sending the handset to our repair centre.
